I’ve never been someone who enjoys going to the dentist and have always had quite a bit of anxiety about dental visits, but Dr. Cruz has completely changed my experience. He immediately put me at ease, took the time to explain everything, and goes one step at a time so I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Since Dr. Cruz took over the practice, there has been such a noticeable positive change. The office feels welcoming, comfortable, and genuinely focused on patients. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants them to feel confident and comfortable with their care. If you’ve been hesitant to come back because of a previous experience with the office, I highly recommend giving it another chance with Dr. Cruz’s ownership. I’m so happy with the changes and finally feel like I’ve found a dentist I can trust and feel comfortable going to!
